摘要: 光伏扶贫是国家推进产业扶贫的重要组成部分,是新时期精准扶贫精准脱贫的重要内容。近几年中国光伏扶贫事业蓬勃发展,但很多地区存在运维困难、运维缺失等问题,严重影响扶贫效果。为了有效解决这一问题,分析了目前光伏扶贫电站运维存在的主要问题,以及各种运维模式的影响因素,运用模糊层次分析法,建立选取光伏电站运维模式的层次结构模型,计算各影响因素的权重值,得出最佳的选择方案,在此基础上提出基于互联网的区域智能运维模式,为各地区光伏扶贫运行维护以及分布式光伏发展提供了新思路。

Abstract: Photovoltaic (PV) poverty alleviation, as an important part of poverty alleviation by developing industries in China, is crucial to targeted poverty alleviation in the new era. In recent years, China's PV poverty alleviation has been booming, but there are problems in many areas, such as operation and maintenance difficulties, and a lack of operation and maintenance in many areas, which seriously affect the effect of poverty alleviation. For this reason, this paper analyzes the main problems in the operation and maintenance of PV poverty alleviation power stations, and the influencing factors of various operation and maintenance modes. With the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, a hierarchical structure model of selecting the operation and maintenance mode of PV power stations is built to calculate the weight of each influencing factor and obtain the best selection scheme. On this basis, the regional intelligent operation and maintenance mode based on the Internet is proposed, providing a new idea for the operation and maintenance of PV poverty alleviation and the development of distributed PV.
