广东电网负荷中心区SVC应用研究

摘要: 随着负荷水平的快速增长和外来送电比例的逐步上升,广东电网珠江三角洲负荷中心区的电压稳定问题日益突出。分别从静态电压稳定性和暂态电压稳定性两方面出发,研究了广东电网负荷中心区域电压稳定状况,指出了电压稳定相对薄弱的220kV站点,并结合变电站实际施工条件,提出了负荷中心区SVC应用初步配置方案。最后从静态电压稳定性和暂态电压稳定性两方面出发校验所提方案的有效性。分析结果表明,所提方案可以显著提升负荷中心区暂态电压支撑能力,有效改善系统的电压稳定水平。

Abstract: With the rapid growth of loads and external electric power infeed, the voltage stability in the load centers of the Pearl River Delta of Guangdong power grid is becoming increasingly prominent. In this paper, the voltage stability in the load centers of Guangdong power grid is investigated from the aspects of both the static and transient voltage stabilities and it is concluded that the 220-kV substations are prone to voltage instability. Therefore, the preliminary SVC application scheme is proposed in combination with the practical construction conditions of these substations and the availability of the scheme is verified from the aspects of both the static and transient stabilities. The result shows that the proposed scheme can enhance the voltage support in the load centers of Guangdong power grid and benefit the transient voltage stability of the system significantly.
