Cognitive System and Key Issues of Green and Low-Carbon Production Mode and Life Style

Abstract:

The green and low-carbon production mode and life style have significant impacts on the ecological civilization construction, and the 21st CPC National Congress proposed to "promote the formation of green and low-carbon production mode and life style". Firstly, focusing on how to recognize and build green and low-carbon production mode and life style, this paper proposes a cognitive system of green and low-carbon modes of production and life. Secondly, from the perspective of energy, economy and society, this paper also puts forward the typical scenarios and typical modes for energy and electric power to promote terminal green energy use, the green cost sharing mechanism based on the green cost transmission and allocation in the industrial chain, and the green behavior cultivation mechanism based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs model, respectively, which can comprehensively support the construction of green and low-carbon production mode and life style.
