Abstract: In view of the slow calculation process of stochastic algorithm in determining the optimal load transfer scheme, a new method is proposed to solve the problem based on the adaptive immune algorithm with infeasible solution recovery in combination with the basic-tree topology fast judging method. With consideration of all the factors of load transfer, this method is characterized by a complete mathematical model. Due to its infeasible solution recovery technology, it has an advantage over stochastic optimization methods in calculation time. Furthermore, to increase the calculation speed, the basic-tree based topology radial fast identification strategy is used to judge the topological radial constraint limits in distribution system for each new solution during the iteration process, as a result, the calculation time for the evolution optimization process is further reduced. Several case studies have proved the effectiveness and validity of this method.
