燃煤热值对锅炉经济性影响的分析研究

Effects of Coal Calorific Value on Economical Efficiency of Coal-Fired Power Plants

摘要: 燃烧不同热值的煤对电厂锅炉效率、厂用电率、供电煤耗及环保指标均会产生一定影响。为提高电厂运行经济性,对多台容量为300~1 000 MW的锅炉的燃用煤种经济性进行了试验和研究。结果表明,煤种热值每降低0.42 MJ/kg,300 ~1 000 MW锅炉效率降低0.10%~0.18%,厂用电率增加0.05%~0.12%,供电煤耗增加0.33~0.79 g/kWh。

Abstract: Coal with different calorific values will have different impacts on boiler efficiency, auxiliary power consumption rate, net coal consumption rate and environmental protection indicators. In order to enhance the economic performance of thermal power plants, the boilers of four units with the capacity ranging from 300 MW to 1 000 MW are tested burning the coal of different calorific values. The test results show that with the coal calorific value decreasing by every 0.42 MJ/kg, the boiler efficiency will drop by 0.10%~0.18%, while the auxiliary power consumption rate will increase by 0.05%~0.12% and the net coal consumption rate will also increase by 0.33~0.79 g/kW?h.
