摘要: 莱州电厂一期已建设2座圆形煤场,运行中存在不易实现燃煤先进先出、燃煤不易配混和人员作业环境差等弊端。二期工程设计中提出了全封闭条形煤场、圆形煤场和筒仓3种贮煤方案,进行技术经济分析对比后得出:筒仓方案配煤灵活、混煤精确;能实现燃煤先进先出、减少煤的自燃和燃煤热值损失;完全实现“人煤分离”,使操作人员免受煤粉的侵害;同时具有占地面积小、完全封闭等优点,因此推荐筒仓方案。

Abstract: Two circular coal yards have been built in Laizhou Power Plant Phase I Project. However, in the operation of the coal yards, some problems exist such as unrealized first in first out of stored coal, difficulties in mixing various types of coal and the poor working environment. In this paper, three coal storage plans, i.e., the fully enclosed strip coal yard, the circular coal yard and the coal storage silo, are proposed and the technical and economic analysis on the three plans are conducted. The results indicate that the coal storage silo has the advantages of flexible and accurate coal mixing, small occupation space and full enclosure. Using the coal storage silo, first in first out of the coal will be realized, spontaneous combustion losses will be reduced, and workers will be protected from pulverized coal infringement. Therefore, it is recommended for the Phase II Project of the power plant.
