Optimal Dispatch Model of Power Systems Integrated with Large-scale Wind Power

摘要: 为研究发电侧电力市场环境下,大规模风电并网对电力系统运行方式的影响,提出一种考虑风电极端出力时的火电机组竞价开机方法,其核心思想是以等效最小负荷作为竞价容量确定火电机组的初步开机机组,而后校验初步开机方式能否满足等效最大负荷的要求,如果不能满足要求,则在等效最小负荷时刻弃风提高竞价容量,如此直到开机方式可行。此外,建立总购电费用最小的最优潮流模型,采用约束成本变量法和内点法求解最优潮流模型。应用算例验证模型和方法的可行性。

Abstract: In order to study influences of large scale of wind power on electric power system operation in generation market, a new thermal-unit commitment model is proposed considering wind power extreme fluctuation, that is taking the minimum equivalent load as the bidding capacity to determine the start-up thermal-unit, then checking whether the preliminary boot mode can meet the maximum equivalent load, if not, curtailing wind power at the minimum equivalent load moment to increase the bidding capacity. This process is repeated until the maximum equivalent load is met. An optimal model with the goal of minimizing the generation cost is put forward, and constrained cost variable method and interior point method are used to solve the OPF model. The example shows the effectiveness and feasibility of the model and algorithm.
