摘要: 针对国内SCR脱硝系统运行经验积累较少,相关的运行优化技术和优化支持软件开发比较欠缺的现状,在借鉴国外催化剂管理经验基础上,开发了具有自主知识产权的C/S架构催化剂综合分析管理系统。建立了SCR催化剂特征数据库,开发了催化剂更新周期估算和更新计划评估功能模块;对催化剂的有效管理进行探索,全面开发催化剂管理的内容、方法和流程,以期为逐渐缩小中国与国外SCR催化剂管理技术差距、提高电站锅炉SCR脱硝系统催化剂管理技术水平提供借鉴。

Abstract: Regarding the present situation of little SCR denitration operation experience and the deficiencies in operation optimization technologies and the related supporting softwares in China, by borrowing the foreign catalyst managing experience, a comprehensive catalyst analyzing and managing system based on the C/S structure is developed with independent intellectual property rights. In this system, a database of SCR catalyst characteristics is established and the functional modules for catalyst updating cycle estimation and updating plan evaluation are developed. With the system, explorations on effective catalyst management are conducted and overall contents, approaches and processes related to the catalyst management are developed so as to narrow the gap between China and other countries in this field and provide guidance for the improvement in the SCR denitration catalyst managing system of power plants.
