考虑多重区间不确定性的用户侧综合能源系统双层优化配置

Two-level Optimal Configuration of User-side Integrated Energy System Considering Interval Uncertainties

摘要: 为了解决用户侧综合能源系统规划和运行中缺乏不确定性因素考虑的问题,提出一种双层优化配置模型。为此,将负荷预测、可再生能源发电和能源价格的不确定性表示为区间数形式,以设备年投资费用和年运行费用为目标,且考虑运行费用波动水平的影响,构建了考虑区间不确定性的用户侧综合能源系统双层优化配置模型,上层采用粒子群优化,下层通过区间线性规划方法得到系统运行的区间解,通过相互迭代得到模型的最优解。最后,开展算例仿真,结果表明通过在用户侧综合能源系统中配置储能设备可以减小系统成本的波动,并对比分析了负荷不确定性、能源价格不确定性和权重系数$ \lambda $对能源设备配置容量和系统运行成本的影响。该模型能够为运行人员提供规划方案,具有工程实践意义。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of the lack of consideration of uncertain factors in the planning and operation of the user-side integrated energy system, this paper proposes a two-tier optimal configuration model. For this reason, the uncertainty of load, renewable energy power generation and energy prices is expressed in the form of interval numbers, with the annual investment cost and annual operating cost of the equipment as the target, and considering the impact of the fluctuation level of the operating cost, a consideration interval uncertainty is constructed. The two-level optimal configuration model of the user-side integrated energy system on the user side, the upper layer uses particle swarm optimization, the lower layer obtains the interval solution of the system operation through the interval linear programming method, and the optimal solution of the model is obtained through mutual iteration. Finally, a simulation example is carried out. The results show that the configuration of energy storage equipment in the user-side integrated energy system can reduce system cost fluctuations, and the impact of load uncertainty, energy price uncertainty and weight coefficients $ \lambda $ on energy equipment configuration capacity and system operating costs are compared and analyzed. The model can provide planning schemes for operators and has engineering practical significance.
