摘要: 传统的电力行业电子商务平台面临着电子支付成本高、供应链全过程数据整合不足、网络数据安全性能低以及交易透明度缺失等问题,严重制约了电力行业电商平台的进一步发展。由于区块链技术具有去中心化、公开透明、不可篡改等优越特性,将其应用于电力行业电子商务平台,构建了基于联盟链的电力行业电子商务核心应用体系,设计了一套基于积分的电力物资采购数据共享激励机制,促进了电力企业间的数据共享。所提方案可以优化电力行业电子商务平台的交易流程及运营架构,实验结果证明了其可促进电力企业之间电力物资采购数据的共享,降低信息泄露风险,减少交易过程冗余,从而更好地实现电力行业电子商务信息价值链的互联互通。

Abstract: The traditional e-commerce platform of power industry is faced with the problems of high cost of e-payment, insufficient data integration in all links of supply chain, low security performance of network data, and lack of transaction transparency, which seriously restrict the further development of e-commerce platform of power industry. As blockchain technology has the characteristics of decentralization, openness, transparency and non-tamperability, this paper aims to apply blockchain technology to the e-commerce platform of the power industry, and constructs the core application system and key technologies of the e-commerce of the power industry based on consortium blackchain. In addition, an incentive mechanism based on integration is designed to promote data sharing of the procurement of electric power materials among power enterprises. The proposed scheme can optimize the transaction process and operation structure of the e-commerce platform in the power industry, promote the sharing of power material purchasing data among power enterprises, reduce the risk of information leakage and the redundancy of the transaction process, so as to better realize the interconnection of the e-commerce information value chain in the power industry.
