摘要: 在汽轮机保护系统(ETS)的跳机保护信号中,超速信号是最重要的保护信号之一。在ETS中汽轮机数字电液控制(DEH)系统超速响应时间是重要的参数,而超速响应时间测试一直是DEH系统的一个难点。通过改进信号发生器的信号源,使之在改变频率的同时,能调整波幅,在测试过程中准确找到频率变化点,从而得到精确的测试结果。

Abstract: The overspeed signal is one of the most important protection signals in the turbine protection system. As an important parameter in DEH (Digital Electro-hydraulic Control) system, the response time of overspeed is always difficult to test. By improving the signal source from the signal generator, the amplitude and the frequency of the signal source can be adjusted, and the frequency change point can be accurately identified in the testing process, therefore the accurate testing results can be obtained.
