摘要: 电动汽车对节能减排、应对气候变化具有重要作用。为满足日益规模化的电动汽车充电需求,电网在建设、运行等多个方面都需要加大投入、积极适应。提出了一种综合评估电动汽车规模化充电对电网经济性影响的指标体系和计算方法,建立了建设经济性、运行经济性和社会经济性3个分析维度,提出了衡量电网相关投资和效益的货币化指标体系,分析了有序充电和无序充电模式对电网经济性的影响,并以典型地区为例研究了不同电动汽车渗透率和不同充电模式对电网经济性的影响。

Abstract: The development of electric vehicle makes great contributions to emission reduction and energy saving. The investment of power system infrastructure is increasing in order to accommodate large-scale EV charging load. A comprehensive evaluation framework of the impact of large-scale electric vehicle loading on power system economic value is proposed. Construction, operation and social development phases are analyzed. A set of monetary indices including investment and benefit is proposed, and the impacts of both orderly and disorder charging mode are studied respectively in case study.
