摘要: 具有低电压穿越能力的光伏并网系统已成为未来发展的趋势。以单相两级式系统为对象,提出了一种新型控制策略:为了最大限度减少直流母线电压在电网故障期间抬升,直流母线在两级之间灵活控制;在低电压穿越阶段,电网电流采用恒定峰值电流控制方法以避免触发过流保护,其中无功电流的幅值取决于电网跌落的深度;控制回路增加给定并网电流补偿环节,最大限度减少给定并网电流幅值中的两倍频扰动,提高并网电流质量。所提控制策略的稳定性及动态特性得到仿真验证。

Abstract: Grid-connected photovoltaic(PV) systems with the capability of low-voltage-ride-through(LVRT) have become a future development trend. A novel control strategy for single-phase two-stage grid-connected PV systems is introduced in this paper. DC-link voltage is flexibly controlled by a two-stage system to minimize voltage variation during grid-fault period. At low-voltage- ride-through stage, a constant peak current strategy is used to avoid triggering over-current protection while the sag depth of grid voltage determines the amount of reactive power delivered for grid recovery. A compensator is added in the proposed strategy to minimize the 2nd-order ripple in the reference active current. Simulation results on the whole system shows that the proposed strategy is effective with satisfying steady-state and dynamic performance.
