摘要: 介绍宁夏京能宁东发电有限责任公司660 MW机组实现机组快速甩负荷(FCB)功能的相关系统配置和逻辑设计,针对1号机组进行“小岛运行”FCB试验时汽轮机飞升转速比“常规法”FCB试验飞升转速明显偏高的异常现象进行分析,由此提出对相关控制逻辑及参数进行优化,使随后进行的2号机组“小岛运行”FCB试验获得圆满成功。

Abstract: In this paper, the system configuration and control logics to realize the FCB function of 660-MW units in Ningxia Ningdong Power Generation Co. Ltd. are introduced, and the analysis on the abnormality of higher speed rise in “island operation” FCB test than that in“convention” FCB test in Unit 1 is conducted. Consequently, the optimization on related control logics and parameters is proposed so as to successfully conduct the subsequent “island operation” FCB test of Unit 2.
