摘要: 对某型1 000 MW汽轮机在调试过程中出现的汽流激振问题以及处理过程进行了分析和总结,阐明了汽流激振的特点,提出了高参数、大容量汽轮机汽流激振问题的在线解决对策。通过实例说明依靠运行控制手段在线解决汽轮机汽流激振问题可以取得较好的效果。

Abstract: In this paper, the problem of steam flow excited vibration occurred in the debugging process of a 1 000-MW steam turbine is analyzed and the treatment procedure is summarized. Moreover, the vibration characteristics are also expounded. The online solutions to the steam flow excited vibration are thereafter put forward for large turbines with high parameters. The operation cases exhibit satisfactory results from online operational control measures.
