电网线损率评价方法

摘要: 电网线损率是电网企业的一项重要综合性技术经济指标。以分压线损率为理论依据,利用等效关系,提出了一种评价线损率指标高低的新方法,即“电量比重评价法”。实践证明,该方法普遍适用于省、市、县等各级电网企业,方便快捷、简单实用,解决了电网企业之间线损率指标高低不能有效评价的问题。

Abstract: Line loss rate is an important synthetic technical economical index of power supply enterprises. Line loss is an important synthetic technoeconomic indicator for power suppy enterprises. Based on the theory of divider line loss rate, a new method, i.e., the percentage of electric energy consumption evaluation method, is proposed for evaluation of line loss rate by using equivalent relations. It is proved that the proposed method is easy, quick and simple, and applicable to the provincial-, prefecture- and county-level power supply enterprises. With the proposed method, the problem of ineffective evaluation of online loss rate between different grids can be solved.
