预负荷调整在可倾瓦轴承不稳定振动处理中的应用

摘要: 大容量汽轮发电机组中常采用可倾瓦轴承,实际运行中常常出现不稳定的强迫振动和油膜涡动。针对现场屡屡出现的可倾瓦轴承不稳定振动问题,采用有限差分结合法,分析了预负荷系数对可倾瓦轴承的油膜刚度、油膜阻尼、温升等性能参数的影响,得出了可倾瓦轴承的相关性能参数随预负荷系数而变化的一系列规律性结论,并成功应用于实践。结果表明:通过轴承预负荷的调整,可有效消除可倾瓦轴承的不稳定振动故障。

Abstract: Tilting pad bearings are commonly adopted by large turbo-generator units, but unstable forced vibration and oil film whirling often happen to them in practical operation. For solving the unstable vibration of tilting pad bearings, the influences of the preload factor on the oil film stiffness coefficient, damping coefficient and temperature rise are studied with the finite difference method. The study discovers the relationship between the performance of the bearings and the preload factor. With the adjustment of preload factor, the unstable vibration fault of tilting pad bearings is eliminated.
