利用过热器蓄热提升机组AGC负荷响应能力的研究与应用

Study and Application of Improving Load Response Capacity with Superheaters Stored Energy for Coal-Fired Power Plant

摘要: 燃煤机组的锅炉过热器换热管道中包含有大量金属蓄热储能,利用过热器金属蓄热可以快速改变机组发电负荷和主蒸汽压力。通过减温水扰动试验,获得一级减温水流量对负荷以及主蒸汽压力的响应模型并提出了一种蓄热前馈火电机组协调控制方案。工程应用结果表明,该方案合理利用增减减温水流量引起的过热器蓄热变化,能够有效减少机组主蒸汽压力波动,显著提升机组变负荷初期的负荷响应能力,增强机组调峰能力。

Abstract: There are a lot of energy storage in the pipes of the superheaters at power plant. Experimental data showed that unit power generation and the main steam pressure change quickly through changing superheaters stored energy. The paper proposes a coordination control method including the boiler heat stored energy feed-forward. The results show that the proposed method can effectively suppress the throttle pressure fluctuation.Thus, the method significantily accelerate the load response ability, as well as enhances peak load regulation ability of coal-fired power plant.
