Research on Russian Far East Siberia Power Supply System Based on Global Energy Internet Patterns

摘要: 通过对能源供应格局的分析,确定俄罗斯远东西伯利亚地区能源综合利用方式,对提高能源利用效益,具有很好的参考价值。研究了俄罗斯远东西伯利亚地区水能、煤炭及油气资源蕴藏状况,总结了煤炭、油气、火电、水电开发现状和开发潜力。综合考虑能源安全性、经济性、清洁性和高效性4个方面能源发展特征,给出了考量能源供应格局的指标体系,构建了能源供应格局体系模型,并基于全球能源互联网发展格局以及北半球能源互联设想,结合俄罗斯远东西伯利亚地区的资源数据,进行了能源供应体系实证分析。

Abstract: This paper focuses on the Russian Far East Siberia hydro, coal, oil and gas resources reserves situation andsums up the coal, oil and gas, hydropower development conditions and development potential. With the security, economy, cleanness and efficiency of the energy in consideration, the energy supply pattern is given and the energy supply pattern system model is built. Based on the Internet global energy patterns and the north hemisphere energy interconnection assumption, and the resource data of the Russian Far East Siberia as well the empirical analysis of the energy supply system is performed. The model has a good reference value for the global development and delivery of the clean energy.
