重冰区特高压酒杯型钢管塔设计及试验

摘要: ZB1酒杯型钢管塔是我国第1基应用于重冰区线路工程的特高压单回路铁塔。整塔采用钢管结构,仅在地线顶架采用角钢。钢管最高材质为Q345,全部采用插板和锻造法兰联接;在ZB1塔结构设计过程中,对杆塔塔型优化、节点构造、埃菲尔效应、钢管构件杆端弯矩等进行了研究,完善了铁塔设计。ZB1酒杯型钢管塔成功地通过了真型试验,表明我国特高压杆塔尤其是重冰区杆塔在设计、加工等环节有了可靠保障,可在特高压工程中进一步应用。

Abstract: The ZB1 cup-type steel tubular tower is firstly used for the single-circuit UHV transmission line in heavy icing area. Except for the ground supports, the steel tubulars are applied in the whole tower. The used tubular steel is Q345 and the plug-in boards and forging flanges are used for connection. Through the monographic study on the tower optimization, node structure, tower’s Eiffel effect and bending moment at the member end, the design of ZB1 cup-type steel tubular tower is improved. The full-scale test verifies the reliability in design and manufacture of cup-type steel tubular tower for UHV lines in heavy icing area. The research results of this paper can be widely applied in UHV transmission line projects.
