中国抽水蓄能机组运行可靠性分析

摘要: 针对近年来中国抽水蓄能装机容量快速增长、部分重要设备故障突出等问题,在对各大区域抽水蓄能机组运行管理情况进行调研的基础上,结合多年中国水电可靠性运行数据,分析机组非计划停运的各种影响因素,包括:设备状况、设备来源、主要部件的技术性能和管理水平等方面,并与国外的抽水蓄能发电设备的等效可用系数和等效强迫停运率进行了对比,对中国抽水蓄能机组在总装机容量中的比例偏低、运行时间短以及建设和安装中的问题进行了分析,提出相应的建议,以期为今后中国抽水蓄能机组设备性能的不断提高提供参考。

Abstract: Aiming at the quick increase of installed capacity and failures of pumped-storage units in China in recent years and based on the investigation on the operation and management of the units in the main regions, the affecting factors on unplanned outage are analyzed combining with the accumulated reliability data. The factors include the status and origin of the equipment , the technical performance of the main parts and managementlevel. The equivalent availability coefficient and equivalent forced outage rate are also compared with the ones in the foreign units and the analysis on the issues concerning the low ratio in the total installed capacity, the short running time and the problems in the construction and installation is conducted with corresponding suggestions proposed to provide reference for increasing the unit performance.
