超声波局部放电检测在GIS耐压试验的应用

摘要: 500 kV GIS交流耐压试验加局部放电测试是±800 kV锦屏—苏南特高压直流输电工程锦屏换流站投运前最重要的交接试验之一。此次试验的局部放电检测采用了多传感器无线式超声局部放电测试系统,有效地缓解了被测试设备间隔数众多的问题。详细介绍了超声波局部放电检测在锦屏换流站500 kV GIS交流耐压试验中的前期准备和现场应用情况。结果显示超声波局部放电检测能实现准确的故障定位排查,同时指出了GIS经过运输和现场安装后容易出现缺陷的气室单元类型。

Abstract: The AC withstand voltage test and partial discharge(PD) detecting of 500 kV GIS is one of the most important tests before the commission and operation of ±800 kV Jinping inverter station. The ultrasonic PD test system with multi-sensor and wireless transmission is adopted for PD detecting test to overcome the problem caused by numerous GIS partition. A detail elaboration is made in this paper of the field application of the ultrasonic PD detecting in 500 kV GIS AC withstand voltage test of Jinping inverter station. The testing result shows that the ultrasonic PD detecting is good for accurate fault location. Meanwhile, the paper introduces the air chamber types of defects which are prone to occur during transportation and installation of GIS.
