Abstract: Currently, transaction-based power management system platform transaction management specialization and standardization work has begun to enter the operational phase. In this paper, combined with the actual situation of central China power transaction management, power trading on the current line of the closed-loop control of the basic model are analyzed, and through the central area of abandon of the beforehand control power trading practices illustrate the model application condition and effect. This paper argues that, in view of different transaction types and different control objectives, selectively uses the pre-control、 in control and ex-post control three modes, according to the management and control model of application conditions and mechanism using three modes and combinations thereof, and it is an effective way to improve the transaction management efficiency and achieve transaction control.
