摘要: 对跨省区电力交易综合效益影响因素进行分析,构建跨省区电力交易综合效益计量模型,完成跨省区电力交易综合效益的测算,为跨省区电力交易提供方向指导。结果表明:跨省区电力交易综合效益的大小取决于交易方向的安排;跨省区多类型电力打捆交易的综合效益显著优于单一燃煤电力交易;跨省区水电交易综合效益最优;省间水电交易综合效益明显优于省间火电交易。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the influencing factors of the comprehensive benefits in cross-provincial power trading, constructs the measurement model and finally completes the calculation of the comprehensive benefits, which provides direction guidance for cross-provincial power trading. The results show that in the cross-provincial power trading, the comprehensive benefit depends on the arrangement of the transaction direction, multi-type power trading is significantly better than the coal-fired power trading, and the hydro-power trading have the best comprehensive benefits, which are obviously better than the thermal power transactions.
