The Pre-service Inspection of AP1000 Steam Generator Tubes

摘要: 为验证某核电站AP1000机组蒸汽发生器传热管的制造质量,按照国家核安全法规、ASME规范第XI卷和西屋设计规格书的要求,在蒸汽发生器水压试验之后、装料之前,采用涡流检查的方法对全部传热管执行100%的役前检查。结合蒸汽发生器传热管役前检查的实施情况,对涡流检查系统、项目实施、检查技术和检查结果进行了阐述。检查发现,2台蒸汽发生器共有24根传热管存在凹痕信号,23根传热管存在肿胀信号(均满足验收标准),其余传热管无可记录信号。此外,还对本次役前检查结果与制造完工报告进行了分析对比,役前检查结果与制造完工报告一致。

Abstract: In order to verify the quality of AP1000 steam generator tubes in a nuclear power plant, following the national nuclear safety regulation, ASME Standards Volume XI and Westinghouse design specifications, the pre-service inspection(PSI) should be conducted by adopting eddy current inspection after the hydraulic pressure testing and before loading for the total steam generator tubes. In this paper, the eddy current inspection system, implementation, inspecting technology and inspection results are presented. The inspection reveals that the“DNT” signal is seen in 24 tubes and the“BLG” signal is seen in 23 tubes in the two steam generators, all of which meet the acceptance criteria, and no recordable signals are seen in other tubes. In addition, the comparison between the PSI results and the completion report is carried out, which shows that they are in total consistency.
