In order to thoroughly the national energy strategy deployment concerning the construction of a new power system and the achievement of the "double carbon" goals, the editorial department of China Electricity will jointly hold the Academic Forum with the 5th IEEE International Academic Conference on Energy Engineering and Power Systems (IEEE-EEPS 2025) in Shenzhen from October 3st to November 2nd, 2025. The theme of the forum is "Digital Intelligence Empowerment; Multi-Energy Integration: Creating a New Paradigm the Ecology of the New Power System". The forum focuses on major topics in the construction of the new power system, discussing the application of cutting-edge technologies such as artificial, renewable energy power generation and grid connection operation, distribution network and integrated energy system, etc. The conference will provide a platform for industry experts and scholars to exchange ideas through various forms as keynote speeches, special topic discussions, and paper presentations. A call for papers in both Chinese and English is specially issued to the vast number of technicians, scientific researchers, university teachers and students. Everyone is welcome to contribute enthusiastically.

(2) All Chinese submissions will be reviewed by 2-3 experts from the Organ Committee, and all accepted papers will be compiled into the "1st Autumn Academic Forum of China Electric Power" conference proceedings, which will be submitted to domestic databases such as China Network and Wanfang for indexing.
