Economic Estimation on Large-Scale Application of Electric Sanitation Trucks

Abstract: Taking the battery of pure electric sanitation trucks for public service as the study object and targeting at 9-year cost recovery and annual revenue of 11%, the battery operation price is estimated with the method of total investment return rate. Suppose that the charging station is designed with operating capacity for 50 electric sanitation trucks , the charging price is estimated with the same method respectively by assuming the actual operational trucks are 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, and 55. The impact of the scale of running trucks on battery operation price is also analyzed, and then suggestions on popularizing the electric sanitation trucks are put forward.
