大规模风电并网对孤网频率稳定性影响的研究

The Research on the Impact of the Frequency Stability of Isolated Net Caused by the Large Scale Wind power Grid Integration

摘要: 随着风电大规模接入电网,风电对电网的影响越来明显。针对风电场的出力特性,以及风电场并入电网带来的安全稳定控制装置的配合问题,采用PSASP程序对新疆阿勒泰地区电网进行仿真分析,综合考虑风电出力特性和地区负荷特性对地区电网孤网运行暂态过程和安全稳定控制装置动作的影响,通过对比分析在不同风速和不同负荷情况下各种安全稳定控制装置的配合动作对孤网频率稳定性的影响。结果表明大规模风电接入电网后,风电出力特性和地区负荷特性共同影响安全稳定控制装置的配合以及孤网频率稳定性。对含大规模风电接入的电网的安全、稳定运行具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract: With large scale wind power accessed to power grid, wind power impacts power grid more and more obviously. Based on the output characteristics of wind farm and wind farm power grid brought by the match problem of security and stability control equipment. This paper adopts PSASP program for simulation and analsis of Altai region in xinjiang power grid, considering wind power output characteristics and load characteristics to impact isolated net running in the transient process and security and stability control device, through the comparative analysis in different wind speed and different load cases after cooperation with all kinds of security and stability control device for the effect on the stability of the isolated net frequency, the results show that after the large-scale wind power connected to the electricity grid, wind power output characteristics and load characteristic in mutual cooperation, which affect the security and stability control equipment and isolated net frequency stability. Combined with wind turbine output characteristics and load characteristics influence on security and stability control device to cooperate, put forward on a method and action sequence of the safety and stability control device for power grid containing wind farm. In this paper, it has an important reference value to the contain of large-scale wind power connected to the power grid safe and stable operation.
