摘要: 结合陕西榆林某盐化公司130 t/h循环流化床锅炉SNCR烟气脱硝工程设计实例,详细阐述了除盐水贮存输送模块、氨水贮存输送模块、压缩空气模块、喷射模块的工艺流程及相关设备选型选材,介绍了喷枪和氨分析仪位置选择依据,并比较了SNCR与SCR脱硝运行费用。结果表明,SNCR技术更适用于小型燃煤锅炉控制NOx的排放,尤其是循环流化床锅炉烟气脱硝。

Abstract: By taking the design of a 130 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler (CFB) SNCR flue gas denitrification engineering in Shaanxi Yulin as an example, this paper introduces the essential modules in flue gas denitrification, which include the desalted water storage and transportation module, ammonia storage and transportation module, compressed air jet module. Besides, the spray module technological process and the selections of the relevant equipment type and material are described. Also, the selection bases for spray gun and the ammonia analyzer position are introduced. Then, the operation cost of SNCR and SCR is compared. The comparison results indicate that the SNCR technique is more suitable to control the NOx emission for small sized coal fired boiler, especially for flue gas denitrification of CFB boiler.
