降低SCR脱硝装置最低投运负荷的策略研究

摘要: 发电机组低负荷下,锅炉省煤器出口烟温往往达不到SCR脱硝装置运行要求。为解决这一问题,对现有省煤器旁路式解决方法进行分析,找出不足,进而提出了省煤器烟气旁路式和限流式加低温换热器的解决方案。在机组低负荷运行时利用这2种新方法,能够在不影响锅炉效率的前提下,实现脱硝装置稳定、高效运行;对于排烟温度较高的锅炉,采用省煤器限流式加低温换热器的方法,能够有效降低锅炉排烟温度,提高锅炉效率。

Abstract: Generally, the gas temperature at the outlet of boiler economizer cannot meet the operation requirement of the SCR denitrification device when the generator loading is low. In this paper, the flue gas bypass type or limited flow type economizer with low temperature heat exchanger is proposed to solve the problem based on the analysis of existing bypass type economizer. In this way, the stable and efficient operation of the denitrification device can be realized without lowering down the boiler efficiency in the event of low loads. Moreover, for those boilers with high gas exhaust temperature, adopting the limited flow type economizer and low temperature heat exchanger can not only effectively reduce the boiler gas exhaust temperature, but also improve the efficiency of the boiler.
