摘要: 火电厂增设湿法脱硫系统且未设气-气换热器时,烟囱多发生腐蚀。 以国内某热电厂150 m高钢筋混凝土烟囱为例,对所出现的腐蚀问题进行分析,包括对烟囱及烟道的外观、混凝土强度、腐蚀深度及腐蚀产物进行检测及试验。结果表明,烟道比烟囱腐蚀情况严重,腐蚀产物绝大多数为硫酸盐类,随烟囱高度的增加筒壁混凝土腐蚀程度逐渐加重,沿筒壁环向的混凝土腐蚀程度差别明显。在分析湿烟囱腐蚀成因基础上指出:设防阻断酸碱中和反应,提高烟囱设计施工质量,加强使用期间的检测维护等是防止或减轻烟囱腐蚀的有效途径。

Abstract: Corrosion is more likely to happen in the chimney when thermal power plants are equipped with the wet limestone-gypsum FGD system but without the GGH system. Taking the 150-m super-high reinforced concrete chimney in a power plant for an example, the inspection and analysis of the chimney and flue surfaces, the concrete strength, the corrosion depth and the corrosion products are launched. The results show that the flue corrosion is more serious than the chimney corrosion, and most of the corrosion products are sulfates. In addition, it finds that the higher the chimney, the heavier the corrosion degree of the tube and the corrosion degree is distinctly different along the toroidal direction. The cause analysis concludes that preventing the neutralization reaction, improving the quality of chimney design and construction and strengthening the inspection and maintenance during operation are effective measures to prevent or alleviate the chimney corrosion.
