国内外架空输电线路档中线间距设计的对比研究

Comparative Research on Mid Span Clearances of Overhead Transmission Lines Design Between Domestic and Foreign Standards

摘要: 档中线间距影响着线路塔头尺寸和安全运行。通过对比中国、日本、欧洲和CIGRE等国内外的主要设计标准,研究了各标准档中线间距的计算方法,对比了设计和校核工况、风荷载计算和风偏角确定、电气间隙要求等方面的差异,总结了国内外计算方法中存在的问题。结合500 kV线路实例对各标准由档中线间距确定的塔头上的线间距离进行了测算,分析风速、风向、导线布置方案、导线型号、档距等因素对塔头尺寸的影响。根据对比结果,建议国内线路在档中线间距设计和校核时可采用风偏角按正态分布、根据线路重要性确定标偏倍数的方法,并建议开展长期的架空线路风偏摆动研究和观测工作,以优化线路设计。

Abstract: The mid span clearance has important influence on tower top geometry and reliable operation of overhead transmission lines. The existing comparison between domestic and foreign design standards mainly focus on wind load on the basis of tower structure, while research on mid span clearance between conductor and conductor or conductor and earthwire are absent. Chinese, Japanese, European and CIGRE design standards are selected to study mid span clearance calculation methods. The analysis and comparison includes different aspects such as design and check conditions, wind load, swing angle calculation and electric clearance requirements. The existing problems in standards are also discussed. An 500 kV line is taken as example to discuss different tower top geometry between phase to phase determining by mid span clearance. Influence of wind velocity, wind direction, conductor arrangement, conductor type and spans on tower top are also studied. It is proposed that, in domestic design and check of mid span clearance, normal distribution should be used for swing angel of conductors and standard deviation should be decided by line importance. Also, it is advised to perform long-term research and observation of swing characteristics of conductors in order to improve overhead lines design.
