中水回用对超滤系统运行的影响研究

Study on the Impact of Reclaimed Water Reuse on Ultrafiltration System Operation

摘要: 某电厂超滤(UF)系统进水水源由市政自来水更改为中水,以实现中水资源的回收利用。研究了水源切换期间,UF系统各项性能参数的变化。发现水源变化对UF系统进水与产水浊度影响较小,而UF系统的运行方式对进水与产水浊度影响明显,与连续运行相比,UF系统间歇运行时进水浊度上升了162.5%,而产水浊度基本一致;UF系统的除浊率与进水浊度之间存在良好的线性关系,进水浊度越大,除浊率越高;使用中水后UF系统的跨膜压差升高了30%。综合分析UF系统每日运行数据表明,不连续运行方式以及进水水质恶化是造成UF系统跨膜压差上升的主要因素。

Abstract: The influent water of the ultrafiltration (UF) system in a power plant has been changed from tap water to reclaimed water to realize the recycling and comprehensive utilization of reclaimed water. The changes of the key performance indicators of the UF system during the water source switching period are studied in this work. It is found that the change of reclaimed water has less effect on the influent and product water turbidity, while the operation mode of the UF system has a significant impact on the influent and product water turbidity. In comparison with that in continous operation, the influent turbidity is increased by 162.5% and the product water turbidity keeps unchanged when the UF system is in intermittent operation. In addition, there is a good linear relationship between the filtration efficiency and the influent water turbidity of the UF system, that is, the greater the influent turbidity is, the higher the filtration efficiency will be. After the reclaimed water is used, the trans-membrane pressure drop of the UF system is increased by 30%. The comprehensive analysis on the routine operation data of the UF system shows that the discontinuous operation and the influent water quality deterioration are the main reasons for the trans-membrane pressure drop increase of the UF system.
