智能变电站二次系统信息标准化平台关键环节与技术

摘要: 针对现阶段智能变电站建设中由于管理和技术上的不规范所导致的配置文件错误、频繁变更等一系列问题,从变电站的二次系统信息入手,对变电站建设整个过程进行全面分析,提出了智能变电站二次系统信息标准化平台,该平台将建设过程中每个关键环节进行梳理,重点研究了ICD文件检测、SCD文件版本管控等关键技术,并将变电站建设中二次系统信息进行了标准化要求,使得工程建设能够协调进行。以500 kV保东站试点工程为实例,将该平台应用贯穿整个建设过程,结果证明了该平台的有效性及实用性。

Abstract: Due to management and technology irregularity, a series of problems exist in current smart substation construction, such as wrong configuration file and frequent requirement changes. Starting from secondary substation information system, the entire process of substation construction is analyzed in detail. A standardized platform for smart substation secondary system information is proposed, which analyzed every key link of the construction. The key technologies including ICD file detection and SCD file version control are also described. The platform standardizes substation secondary system and coordinates engineering construction. The proposed platform is applied in the whole construction process of pilot 500 kV Baodong project. The construction result demonstrates effectiveness and usefulness of proposed platform.
