摘要: 电力行业的发展和规划最终要落实到工程建设实践中,电力建设技术为中国电力行业的发展奠定了坚实的基础。总结了“十二五”期间电源建设技术领域国内外最新研究成果和重要工程实践情况,对大容量高参数燃煤发电工程、燃煤电站超低排放技术、风力发电技术、太阳能发电技术、储能技术及电站工程建设管理等各领域技术在“十三五”期间及至更长时间内的发展趋势、可能达到的参数及技术水平进行了分析,对中国电源建设的发展提出了相关建议。

Abstract: The development and planning of the electric power industry will eventually be applied to the construction of the project. The power construction technology has laid a solid foundation for the development of China’s electric power industry. This paper summarizes the latest research results and important engineering practice in the field of power construction during the period of 12th Five-Year, including the large capacity and high parameter coal-fired power generation project, coal-fired ultra low emission technology, wind power technology, solar power technology, energy storage technology, and power construction management. This paper analyzes the parameters and technical level of the above technologies may be reached in the “13th Five-Year” period and a longer period of time.
