智能变电站继电保护GOOSE回路安全措施研究

Study on GOOSE Isolation Measures in Smart Substation Relay Protection

摘要: 针对智能变电站继电保护装置运行维护中检修安全措施实施难题,分析了GOOSE回路不同隔离技术的实现机理及其优缺点,研究了检修机制和软压板的实现原理;考虑到现有隔离技术可靠性的问题,建议智能变电站GOOSE虚回路安全措施应该由至少两种不同原理的隔离技术构成;阐述了智能变电站安全措施实施原则,并以220 kV线路间隔检修为例,介绍了检修设备与运行设备隔离措施实施案例,为实施智能变电站继电保护GOOSE回路安全措施提供了参考依据。

Abstract: In order to solve the implementation problems of GOOSE isolation measures, this paper analyzes the mechanism of different GOOSE isolation techniques and their features in Smart Substation, and studies the maintenance mechanism and the soft strap principle. According to the reliability of the existing isolation techniques, it is proposed that the safety measures of GOOSE in Smart Substation should consist of at least two isolation techniques with different principles. Finally, by taking the isolation maintenance of a 220 kV transmission line for case study, the implementation principles of the Smart Substation safety measures is introduced and the isolation measures of the operating and maintenance equipment are described, which can provide a reference for the implementation of GOOSE safety measures.
