Analysis on Total Moisture Loss and Corrections during Mechanical Coal Sample Preparation

摘要: 煤炭样品在机械制样过程中水分损失现象普遍存在。分析了煤样机械制备过程水分损失影响因素,并通过显著性差异检验试验,对机械制样煤的全水分损失情况进行评价。煤样全水分试验结果表明,与无明显水分损失的人工制样相比,机械制样所得结果确实存在偏倚。为使机械制样所得结果与实际相符,以人工制样数据为基准,利用一元线性回归法建立了机械制样煤的全水分损失校正数学模型,并通过试验对模型进行了检验。该模型可用于全水分大于6%的烟煤及无烟煤,模型中的系数及常数随机械制样系统改变而改变。

Abstract: The total moisture loss of coal sample is quite common in the mechanical preparation process. In this paper, the factors influencing the total moisture loss are analyzed. Through the significance test, the total moisture loss of mechanical coal sample is evaluated. The results of coal sample total moisture test show that, compared with the sample from artificial preparation which is free of significant total moisture loss, certain bias are introduced into mechanical sample preparation. In order to make the coal sample from mechanical sample preparation consistent with the actual situation, the mathematical model with the correction of the total moisture loss in mechanical sampling is established and tested by one-dimensional linear regression method based on the artificial sampling datum. The model can be used for bituminous coal and anthracite coal with the total moisture of more than 6%, but the modifications of coefficients in the model are needed depending on the exact mechanical sample preparation system.
