新疆—西北联网后新疆电网稳定特性及应对措施

Power system stability analysis and measures of the Xinjiang grid after Xinjiang-Northwest power grid interconnection

摘要: 结合新疆—西北联网后新疆电网运行情况,通过分析联网前后新疆电网的网架结构和运行方式,采用电力系统分析综合程序(PSASP)对联网前后新疆电网2种典型运行方式进行暂态稳定仿真计算对比分析,指出了新疆—西北联网后新疆电网稳定特性变化特点,稳定特性有所变化,稳定问题有所转移。结果表明,联网后新疆电网的功角、频率、电压稳定性加强,线路热稳定问题凸显。针对发现的热稳定、动稳定、电压稳定新问题,研究制定了新疆电网保证安全稳定的技术措施。

Abstract: Power system transit stability analysis is performed in two typical operation modes of Xinjiang power grid before and after interconnection with Northwest grid by using PSASP simulation package. The simulation results show the change of stability characteristics after interconnection. The interconnection improves power angle, frequency and voltage stability but reduces thermal stability. Technical measures are investigated and proposed to guarantee power grid operation safety and stability.
