空冷机组凝结水精处理系统阴树脂及滤元耐温性能

摘要: 高温季节空冷机组凝结水温度较高,有可能超过强碱性阴离子交换树脂和前置过滤器滤元的承受范围,为此对空冷机组凝结水精处理系统常用阴离子交换树脂和前置粉末树脂过滤器中滤元的耐高温性能进行了系统研究。选取了6种具有代表性的强碱性阴离子交换树脂进行95 ℃下的静态试验;对筛选出符合DL/T 953—2005标准的3种阴离子交换树脂进行70、75、80 ℃下的动态试验,通过测定阴离子交换树脂强碱基团下降率的变化和溶出物的变化,考察阴离子交换树脂的热稳定性;将所选耐温性能较佳的阴离子交换树脂应用于电厂,测定其除硅效果;对前置粉末树脂过滤器所用聚丙烯绕线滤元进行高温下有机溶出物试验。试验结果表明:(1)阴树脂在水温为70~80 ℃中运行,其强碱基团交换容量与运行时间和运行温度均成反比,运行时间越长、运行温度越高,强碱基团交换容量下降越快;所选3种阴树脂相比,德国进口大孔Ⅰ型苯乙烯系强碱性阴离子交换树脂热稳定性较好。(2)不同厂家生产的聚丙烯绕线滤元的耐热性能差别很大,所选2种绕线滤元在空冷机组正常运行情况下耐热性能较好,能满足现场运行要求,但运行温度不宜超过80 ℃。

Abstract: During high temperature period in summer, the temperature of condensate water in direct air-cooling unit may be over the inherit range of ion exchange resin, which are strong base anion exchange resin and filter element. The systemic study of heat resistance on condensate polishing treatment with anion exchange resin and filter element of powder resin filter at high temperature in the air-cooling unit was implemented. Six representative kinds of anion exchange resin were selected to implement the static experiments at 95℃. Three selected anion exchange resins, which meet the standard of electric power industry DL/T953-2005, were implemented dynamic experiments for heat-resistant at 70 ℃, 75 ℃ and 80 ℃.Through testing the change of the rate of decline in anion exchange resin alkali groups and the extraction of the three anion exchange resins in the high temperature cycle, the thermal stability performance of anion exchange resin was inspected. The anion exchange resin with finer heat-resistant performance applied in power plant for determining the effect of silicon removal was selected. The organic extraction of winding filter element of powder resin filter at high temperature was tested. The result shows:(1) the exchange capacity of strong base groups of anion exchange resins is inversely proportional to run time and operation temperature at 70 ℃, 75 ℃ and 80 ℃.The longer the operation time, the higher the operation temperature, the faster the exchange capacity of strong base groups decreased. Comparing the three selected kinds of anion resin, the heat-resistant performance of big hole of Ⅰtype styrene of anion exchange resin of Germany is better; (2) the heat resistance of polypropylene winding from different manufacturers varies greatly. The heat resistance of the two selected kinds of winding filter element in air-cooling unit can meet the technical requirements, but the operation temperature should not be more than 80 ℃.
