百万千瓦机组新型组合快速冷却技术

摘要: 详细介绍了华能海门电厂1 036 MW超超临界机组新型组合快速冷却停机技术方案、实际快速冷却实施过程及经济效益评估。通过实际分析机组深度滑参数停机技术和停机后多手段组合快速冷却方案,实现了汽轮机各个阶段的快速、安全冷却,大大缩短了汽轮机组停机后冷却时间,节省检修工期,提高机组可用系数,其经济效益和社会效益显著。总结出百万千瓦级机组汽轮机的实际快速冷却操作思路和推荐曲线,给出了快速冷却具体的优化方式、步骤及注意事项,为百万千瓦机组的深度快速冷却提供借鉴,具有一定的应用价值。

Abstract: The new technology of combined fast-cooling down, the real fast-cooling down process and economic performance valuation of the 1 036 MW ultra-supercritical unit in Huaneng Haimen Power Plant were introduced. Through the actual analysis on the depth sliding parameter shutdown technology and the scheme of multi-means combination for turbine fast-cooling down, the fast and safe cooling down of turbine in each stage were achieved, the cooling time of the turbine was greatly reduced, the maintenance time duration was saved, the availability of unit was improved, and its economic and social benefits were significant. The operation idea and recommended rapid cooling down curve for turbine in million-kilowatt unit were summarized and given. The optimization method, procedure and attentions were given, which can provide a reference and application for the depth fast-cooling down in million-kilowatt unit.
