摘要: 为了降低主动配电网日前优化调度的成本,提出考虑设备调节成本的主动配电网日前优化调度方法。以日前综合运行成本最小为目标函数,以Distflow支路潮流、设备安全运行为约束条件,建立日前优化调度模型。针对二阶锥规划(second-order cone programming,SOCP)形式下的节点电压波动约束和储能寿命成本模型等非线性项,提出新的线性化处理方法,形成混合整数线性规划模型。采用YALMIP/CPLEX工具在改进IEEE-33节点系统中进行仿真计算。实验结果表明:所提方法能够有效考虑储能寿命折损成本因素,效果良好。

Abstract: In order to reduce the cost of active distribution network day-ahead optimization scheduling, a method of active distribution network day-ahead optimization scheduling considering equipment adjustment cost is proposed. Establish a daily optimal scheduling model with the objective function of minimizing the comprehensive operating cost and the constraints of Distflow branch power flow and equipment safety operation. A new linearization method is proposed to form a mixed integer Linear programming model for nonlinear items such as node voltage fluctuation constraints and energy storage life cost model in the form of Second-order cone programming (SOCP). Simulate and calculate in an improved IEEE-33 node system using the YALMIP/CPLEX tool. The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively consider the cost factor of energy storage life loss, and the effect is good.
