疑似火点监测定位及电网运行预警方法

摘要: 智能电网建设的快速发展,对电网森林火灾监测预警能力提出了更高要求。研究融合极轨卫星遥感火点数据、气象监测和预报预警数据、电网空间地理信息及应急资源等数据于一体,基于电网GIS平台定位分析疑似火点任意范围内距离最近和受山火影响最严重的电力设施,依据气象监测预报预警实时数据研判山火未来趋势。通过专业化、标准化符号语言和分析研判预警策略,形成电网森林火灾预警及处置态势专题图。通过研发预警发布技术,将火点、气象环境、影响设备、处置策略及发展态势等信息及时对相关人员发布,提高电网防灾减灾综合监测预警和应急处置辅助决策能力。

Abstract: With rapid development of smart grid construction, the power grid forest fire monitoring and early warning capability becomes more and more important. Combined with polar orbiting satellite remote sensing fire point data, weather monitoring and forecasting data, grid geographic information and emergency resource data, power facilities which would be most heavily affected by the fires are analyzed. Based on meteorological monitoring and forecasting, fire trend is forecasted via professional standardized sign language and early warning strategies is established. Through research and development of early warning and release technology, the fire point, weather environment, affecting equipment, disposal strategies can be distributed to relevant staff. The ability of power grid disaster prevention, comprehensive monitoring and emergency response decision making is improved by using proposed method.
