湖南电网风区分布图的绘制与应用

The Mapping and Application of the Wind Zone Distribution of Hunan

摘要: 运行经验表明,风灾故障对电网安全运行的威胁日趋严重,但在抗风设计、改造中所采用的典型气象区域风速分级标准较为笼统,缺少相关数据,不能有效地指导架空输电线路抗风灾工作。研究了湖南电网风灾故障分布特征,对湖南近30年气象数据进行了统计和对相关标准进行了修正,采取极值I型分布概率模型完成了湖南电网30年、50年和100年重现期最大风速统计,提出了湖南电网风区分级标准,完成了湖南电网风区分布图的绘制,得到了湖南风速分布情况。在此基础上,给出了湖南电网风区分布图的应用原则和建议,可为架空输电线路抗风灾设计、改造提供依据,给电网防风灾提供技术支撑。

Abstract: Power systems are increasingly threatened by the severe wind disasters. However, the conventional standards for wind zone distribution are relatively coarse, especially in anti-wind design and refurbishment of transmission line. Currently, there are not enough guides for anti-wind design and that is the main focus of this work. Firstly, the characteristics of the faults caused by wind in Hunan power grid, one provincial power grid located in south China, are investigated in detail. By using the well-known I distribution statistical model, the meteorological data of Hunan during the past three decades are presented and discussed. The wind characteristics are summarized and the standards for wind zone distribution of Hunan are proposed. Furthermore, the suggestions for the mapping and practical applications for the wind zone distribution are presented. The work offers technical references for anti-wind design and reconstruction of transmission line.
