能量色散X射线荧光光谱法检测抗燃油氯含量的研究

Detection of Chlorine Content in Phosphate Ester Fire-Resistant Fluids Using Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry Method

摘要: 磷酸酯抗燃油中氯含量的准确、高效测定,对电厂安全稳定运行很有意义。为制定行业标准“磷酸酯抗燃油氯含量的测定:能量色散X射线荧光光谱法”,对该法测量原理、检测条件、测试方法进行研究;为测试该法的精密度,组织了7个实验室、5个样品的协同实验,并对结果进行评价。研究结果表明,含水量、矿物油含量对测试结果没有影响,氦气气氛对测试有利;根据重复性、检测限、回收率及精密度等检验指标,能量色散X射线荧光光谱法检测抗燃油氯含量,精密度高,检测效率高,可以在电力行业中推广应用。

Abstract: For the sake of secure operation, it is of great importance for the power plant to detect chlorine content in the phosphate ester fire-resistant fluids in an accurate and efficient way. In this paper, in order to establish the industry standard called “Detection of Chlorine Content in the Phosphate Ester Fire-Resistant Fluids using Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry Method”, the basic principles, operating conditions and testing methodology are studied. Furthermore, to evaluate the accuracy of the method, five samples are tested collaboratively in seven laboratories. The results show that the water and oil contents have no effects on the results while the helium atmosphere is beneficial for the measurement of chlorine content in the phosphate ester fire-resistant fluids. In terms of repeatability and reproducibility, detection limit, recovery rate and accuracy, the energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry testing method for chlorine content in the phosphate ester fire-resistant fluids exhibits high precision and efficiency, and thus can be put into practice in the field of power industry.
