摘要: 国家电网公司首次在特高压直流工程换流站中加装300 Mvar大型调相机组以作为动态无功补偿设备,要求其暂动态性能优,安全可靠性高,运维检修方便,该容量及应用需求的调相机在国内外均无设计制造先例,更无调试运行经验。结合特高压直流工程大型调相机组的功能要求及系统特点,介绍了大型调相机系统启动及调试的主要内容及要求。针对大型调相机组与常规发电机组的差异,着重阐述保安电源系统、励磁系统、同期系统、带负荷试验等调试中的关键技术问题,旨在为保证特高压直流输电工程调相机站调试的顺利进行和工程的按期投入运行提供重要参考。

Abstract: 300 Mvar large-scale synchronous condenser used as dynamic reactive power support in UHVDC project is the first application in DC convertor station. The requirements include good dynamic characteristics, high reliability and easy maintenance. There are no previous experience in design, manufacture, operation and maintenance for synchronous condenser at this capacity, both in China and aboard. The characteristics of large-scale synchronous condenser set are introduced first. Main contents and requirement for condenser starting and operation are also summarized. Key techniques are discussed including emergency power supply switchover, excitation system switchover, coasting synchronization, reactive power regulation and reactive load rejecting test. The discussion gives important reference for smooth operation of future large-scale synchronous condenser set in UHVDC projects.
