摘要: 用电信息采集系统作为智能用电业务的数据基础和交互核心枢纽,需要克服数据异构性、通信差异性的交互平台。在基于用电信息采集系统架构和各业务应用平台功能的数据交互需求分析的基础上,针对95598门户服务网站、电能服务管理平台、智能楼宇与智能小区系统、营销业务应用系统等智能用电相关业务平台进行了用电信息采集系统的交互接口设计,提出一种在现行平台构架下,业务平台间可行的信息交互方式,为下一步智能用电业务开展和实用化推广提供研究基础,并就目前的发展环境和趋势提出了未来用电平台接口的发展方向。

Abstract: A power-use information acquisition system is the foundation of a data system and the core for data exchange in the intelligent power-use business. In order to interact with other service platforms, such a system must overcome the problems arising from the difference in the data structure and the communication protocol. This paper presents an interface design between the power-use information acquisition system and such service platforms as 95598 service website, the electric power management platform, the intelligent building and community system, and the State Grid marketing application system. This paper provides a viable information exchange model among different service platforms without modifying current architecture structures. The paper lays out the theoretical foundation and direction for the development and implementation of the intelligent power-use businesses, and provides an assessment on the development trend of interfaces among power-use platforms.
