摘要: 工业的发展主要依靠电力,当前电力短缺问题日益严重,限制了工业经济的发展,因此工业用户需要应用有关技术,解决电力短缺问题。通过介绍适用于工业用户的需求侧管理(DSM)与储能技术,说明应用DSM与储能技术的有效性;介绍DSM与储能技术在工业峰值负荷管理中的应用情况以及实施效果;以乳品行业为例,验证了实施DSM与储能技术能够有效地降低峰值负荷,减少工业用户的用电支出,为供电企业与工业用户削峰填谷提供一定的决策依据。

Abstract: The development of industry mainly relies on electricity. Currently, power shortage is serious problem which limits the development of industrial economy. Related technologies such as Demand Side Management (DSM) and energy storage are needed for industry users to solve this problem. The application conditions and implementation effects of these technologies in peak load management were introduced. The application in milk industry verifies the effectiveness of these technologies. Both peak load demand and electricity expenditures for industrial users are reduced in the study. The analysis results can provide certain basis in decision-making for both power supply enterprise and industrial users.
