输电线路镀锌铁塔塔脚局部腐蚀失效分析及防护

摘要: 输电杆塔是否牢固关系到输电线路的安全运行。针对输电线路铁塔塔脚局部腐蚀现象,应用电化学试验方法对塔脚特殊环境的腐蚀行为进行模拟试验与腐蚀机理研究。结果表明,塔脚处的特殊结构及环境因素是导致其局部腐蚀失效的主要原因。在此基础上提出了相应的防护措施并在输电线路的铁塔上加以应用,经复查取得了良好的预期效果。

Abstract: The fastness of transmission tower is very important to transmission line operation safety. The simulation test for tower foot corrosion under special environment is performed; and the corrosion mechanism is investigated by using electrochemical measurement. Results show that the corrosion is caused by the dust cover which exposed to environment rich in water and oxygen. The protection measure is proposed based on the corrosion mechanism and applied in transmission line tower. The re-test shows the proposed protection measure has anticipated effect.
