摘要: 分析了选相控制器的关键技术。提出了一种利用现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)控制绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)实现断路器在电压/电流过零点处分闸、合闸的方案。为提高装置的抗电磁干扰能力,每路IGBT的控制回路采用差分线控制,驱动回路采用独立的电源模块。该方案解决了智能变电站合并单元、智能终端、选相控制器等功能的综合应用。试验结果表明,所设计的智能选相控制器可靠性高,应用前景广阔。

Abstract: Some key technologies on phase-controller are analyzed. A controlled IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) scheme of smart phase-controller with FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array) is proposed to realize zero-crossing circuit breaker operation. In order to improve equipment anti-interference ability, differential control is used in each IGBT control circuit, and independent power source is adopted in drive circuit. The proposed scheme can be used in merging unit, intelligent terminal and phase-controller in smart station. Test results show that proposed intelligent phase selection controller has high reliability and broad application prospects.
