摘要: 介绍美国能源部先进能源研究计划署及其2010财年年度报告所发布的先进能源研究项目,这些项目都是美国为加速开发革命性能源技术而实施的,涵盖了能源行业的多个领域,总投资超过3.65亿美元,都是高风险、高回报且可能引导美国独占世界能源领先地位的项目。阐述项目的立项背景、资金投入、风险控制和组织管理形式,为中国能源行业前沿技术创新管理提供参考。

Abstract: About 121 advanced energy research projects are introduced in ARPA-E’s Fiscal Year 2010 Annual Report. All these projects, which cover many areas in energy industry with a total of $365.4 million, are for accelerating the development of transformational energy technologies. These ARPA-E funded projects are full of risk in investment but will benefit the U.S. greatly if some of them would be successful. They will keep the U.S. in technological lead in the world. The backgrounds, selection criterions, risk control and administration of the projects were described. Some reference meanings for China’s science and technology administration in energy industry were pointed out.
